It's a known fact that will-power and self-discipline come across to the subconscious mind like a high-pressure sales pitch. It is important, however, to make sure that the decision to quit smoking is yours, because there isn’t a hypnotherapist in the world who could make you do anything you don’t want to do. If you really want to quit the smoking habit then there is no reason why you, like many others, should not be able to put the habit behind you permanently.

The first part of the process is designed to prepare you to stop smoking on a practical as well as psychological level.
